Hi, I'm Joel Dorman. I’m 43, married to my incredible wife Dani, and together we’re blessed with five amazing children who fill our home with joy, noise, and purpose.
Twenty‑six years ago, God changed my life forever. I encountered Him in a way that marked me deeply—so much so that the only way I can describe it is this: I was once one way, but now everything is different. That encounter set me on a path I never could have imagined, and I’ve been following Jesus ever since.

I’ve been part of Church on the Move for a little over ten years, and it’s been one of the greatest privileges of my life to serve as its Pastor for just over a year. I’m passionate about Jesus’ Church and His Kingdom—about seeing it built according to God’s design, not our own. I believe wholeheartedly that God is stirring something fresh in His people, shaping a community rooted in truth, strengthened by grace, and aligned with His Word.
